Happy Holidays Friends!
The Quad City Animal Welfare Center, QCAWC, is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit no-kill humane society. Our mission is to operate a shelter for homeless animals, to offer a spay/neuter program, and provide humane education.
In the first ten months of 2024 alone, QCAWC has achieved record numbers: we’ve saved 1,288 animals, provided low-cost spay or neuter services for 4,102 animals, served over 4,445 clients with vaccines and preventative care at our low-cost Wellness Clinic, and presented hundreds for Humane Education programs throughout the Quad Cities area!
The Quad City Animal Welfare Center has been saving animals since 1977, one life at a time. We rely solely on donations and cannot continue our life saving work without your help!
Please take a moment to read a "Help Us Bring Joy to Homeless Animals This Holiday" letter from our Executive Director and know you’re invited to join us for the QCAWC Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 7th, from noon to 4 pm at our Adoption & Education Center, 724 W. 2nd Avenue in Milan. Enjoy raffles, vendors, and meet animals available for adoption!
The holiday season is truly a season of giving – we hope to see you there!
Thank you and Happy Holidays from the QCAWC Team!
