Important Policy Update
To provide better service and reduce wait times, we are limiting the number of cats and/or dogs seen per family to three animals per visit. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to improve the experience for all pet parents.
Drive-Up Wellness Clinic Hours
612 W 1st St Milan, IL 61264 (Next door to Epic Eatz)
- Every Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- First Saturday of every month: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Clinic Guidelines & Requirements
- Wellness Only: We provide preventative care only. We DO NOT see sick or injured animals. If you do not currently have a veterinarian for these services, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you by providing local veterinarian contact information or to download a PDF of local veterinary services click here
- After Hours Emergencies: Contact the Animal Emergency Center at 563-344-9599.
- Strays/Injured Animals: While we care deeply for all animals, our wellness clinic is not equipped to handle strays or injuries. If you have found an animal in need, please contact your local non-emergency police or animal control services for proper assistance:

- Safety & Restraint:
- Dogs: Must be on a standard leash. No 'flexi' or retractable leashes, please.
- Cats: Must be in a carrier (Cardboard carriers available for $5.00).
- Rabies Vaccination: Required for all pets 4+ months.
- To receive a 3-year vaccine;
- Illinois Residents: Proof of a prior rabies is required.
- Iowa Residents: Your pet must visit on or before the date of expiration of their current rabies vaccine AND you must provide proof of a prior rabies.
****We are unable to accept the 'reminders' list as proof of rabies, you must bring a receipt or certificate showing when the vaccine was given.*****
Pricing & Spay/Neuter Incentives
We are committed to ending pet overpopulation! To encourage spaying and neutering, we offer the following pricing:
- Spayed/Neutered Pets: Receive 50% discount (listed as "1/2 Price" below).
- Unaltered Pets: Pay Full Price, but HALF of your total bill is held as a credit on your account to be used toward spaying or neutering your pet at our clinic.
