Rabies Vaccination Information: Rabies vaccines are required for all pets 4 months and older.
To receive a 3 year rabies vaccine:
• Illinois Residents: Proof of a prior rabies vaccine is required. • Iowa Residents: Your pet must visit on or before the expiration date of their current rabies vaccine AND proof of a prior rabies vaccine is required.
Please Note: We are unable to accept reminder notices or rabies tags as proof of vaccination. You must bring a rabies certificate or receipt showing when the vaccine was administered.
