QCAWC Par Fore Pets Individual Hole Sponsor

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a hole at the QCAWC Par Fore Pets Golf Outing Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Highland Springs in Rock Island. The cost to sponsor a hole is $100.00 and your name, or a name you choose, will be placed on a sign at a hole during the outing!

To sponsor a hole by mail: Print this Flyer mail it by Friday, April 25th to QCAWC 724 2nd Avenue West Milan, IL 61264

To sponsor a hole in person: Print this Flyer by Friday, April 25th and bring it in to either of our locations: Adoption & Education Center 724 2nd Avenue West in Milan or Spay/Neuter Wellness Clinic 612 1st Street West in Milan.
