You know that one friend who's a little quiet when you first meet them, but before long they're your favorite person? That's Daryl.

This handsome 1-year-old mixed breed (possibly hound, possibly shepherd, definitely 100% good boy) may be a bit shy at first, but give him a little patience and you'll discover an incredibly sweet, intelligent companion who's just waiting for someone to believe in him.

Daryl is the kind of dog who watches, learns, and thinks before he acts. His gentle nature and sharp mind make him a wonderful candidate for continued training, and there's no doubt he'll blossom in a home that gives him the confidence to shine.

Daryl is Ehrlichia positive, a tick-borne disease that many dogs respond well to treatment and routine veterinary care. Our team will be happy to discuss what this means and answer any questions so you can feel confident welcoming him home.
