If you've ever wished for a loyal sidekick with soulful eyes, floppy ears, and a heart full of love, then Roy may be the one you've been waiting for. This handsome boy has all the qualities Beagles are loved for: gentle, affectionate, curious, and happiest when he's spending time with his people.

Roy is currently Heartworm Positive and Ehrlichia Positive, but don't let those terms scare you away. We already have a treatment plan in place for his heartworm disease and will go over every detail with potential adopters. During treatment, Roy will need a calm environment and a family committed to helping him recover.

He also tested positive for Ehrlichia, a tick-borne illness that many dogs respond well to with treatment and management. Our team is happy to discuss his care plan and answer any questions you may have.

What Roy needs most right now isn't perfection, it's a home. A place where he can curl up beside his favorite person, enjoy leisurely sniff-filled walks, and finally know what it feels like to belong.

Too often, dogs with medical needs get overlooked, even when they have so much love left to give. Roy doesn't know he has a diagnosis. He just knows he's ready to be someone's best friend.
