Join the Quad City Animal Welfare Center & The Atlas Collective for a heartwarming morning of literacy and compassion at our Wags & Tales Reading Event on Saturday, May 11, 2024, starting at 9:30 am.
We will be reading the beloved children's book "Can I Be Your Dog?" written by Troy Cummings and adding to the excitement, a charming shelter dog or pup will be in attendance, ready to meet and greet all attendees.
Additionally, there will be coloring pages available for the kids to enjoy, as well as valuable shelter and clinic information for families to take home. Families are encouraged to bring along a donation from the QCAWC Wish List to support other shelter pets in need.
