Nunu doesn’t need a big, busy world, she just needs someone willing to show her that the world can be a safe place.

This adorable 1-year-old Staffy mix is a very shy girl, but underneath that timid exterior is a sweet pup who is simply looking for a little patience, kindness, and time to come out of her shell. Nunu would love a calm home where she can take things at her own pace and learn what it’s like to feel truly safe. She has lived with other dogs and did wonderfully, so she may even enjoy having a confident dog friend to help show her the ropes! Nunu is also part of our Paws Forward Program, which means her adopter will receive 3 FREE training sessions with Janette from Kind K9s after adoption to help everyone start off on the right paw. She doesn’t need someone to change who she is, she just needs someone willing to patiently help her discover the happy, confident girl waiting underneath.
