Meet Iris — Your Future Best Friend!

Looking for a sweet, silly sidekick who will keep you smiling and fill your days with love? Meet Iris! This adorable approximately 2-year-old Pit Bull mix weighs around 45 pounds and is ready to find the forever family of her dreams!

Iris came to us from another shelter after being found as a stray, and now she's hoping her next stop will be HOME! This girl is an absolute sweetheart who loves being around her people. She's funny, outgoing, affectionate, and has a big personality that makes her hard not to fall in love with. Whether she's making you laugh with her silly antics or soaking up all the attention she can get, Iris is sure to bring plenty of joy to her lucky family!

Iris may need a little extra encouragement in some areas as she continues building her confidence, but she's got so much love to give and so much potential to shine. With a family willing to help her grow, we know this sweet girl can continue blossoming into an amazing companion.

Iris has also tested positive for Lyme disease, a tick-borne illness. Many dogs who test positive never develop symptoms and go on to live normal lives. Our team can provide her adopter with more information about her care and what to watch for.

And there's an extra bonus! Iris is part of our Paws Forward Program, which means her adopter will receive three FREE training sessions with Janette from Kind K9s after adoption. It's a wonderful opportunity to help Iris build confidence, learn new skills, and start her next chapter on the right paw!

This lovable girl is ready for someone to give her the chance she's been waiting for. Could Iris be your new partner in crime, cuddle buddy, and best friend all rolled into one?

Come meet Iris and let her charm her way into your heart!

Can't adopt? Please share! Help us spread the word and find Iris the loving forever home she deserves.
