Meet Berry! 

Berry is a sweet Toy/Mini Poodle who was born on 9/24/2018, making him a senior gentleman who is ready to spend his golden years surrounded by love. 

Berry has no teeth, but don’t let that fool you — he’s otherwise looking great for his age and is quite the fan of canned food! 

Berry is a puppy mill survivor, so the world can still feel like a pretty big and intimidating place to him. New people and unfamiliar surroundings may take some time for him to feel comfortable with. He’s looking for a very special adopter who understands his background, will be patient with his progress, and will love him unconditionally while he learns what it means to be safe and loved.

Many puppy mill survivors do especially well with confident dogs in the home who can show them the ropes and help them learn that being a dog can be pretty wonderful. 

Berry may need a little extra time and understanding, but we know that underneath that uncertainty is a sweet boy who deserves a peaceful, loving home where he can finally just be Berry.
