This 2-year-old fluffy Shepherd mix has a heart as soft as his gorgeous coat. Ozzie is eager to learn, loves spending time with people, and is the kind of dog who's always ready to make you smile. Whether you're exploring the outdoors or relaxing at home, he's happiest just being with his favorite humans.

Ozzie is heartworm positive, but don't let that scare you away. Heartworms are parasites that live in a dog's heart and lungs and are spread by mosquito bites. The good news is that heartworm disease is treatable, and we already have a treatment plan in place that we'll happily go over with potential adopters. He deserves a family willing to see past a temporary medical condition and give him the loving home he's been waiting for.
