Peanut is searching for a truly exceptional adopter. This little guy has had a challenging past, and as a result, he can be particular about his space and isn’t always comfortable with handling. Peanut needs someone who is experienced, patient, and ready to continue positive training to help him feel secure and understood.

Because of his sensitivities, Peanut is not a candidate for a home with children or for a home where children are frequent visitors. He’ll thrive best in a calm, adult-only environment with a savvy adopter who can respect his boundaries and work at his pace.

Peanut is currently living in a loving foster home. If you’re interested in meeting him, please call us to complete an application over the phone. Once your application is approved, Peanut’s wonderful foster mom will reach out to schedule a meeting. Please be aware that Peanut may need multiple meet-and-greets to feel comfortable enough to consider you his person.
