Nickel is absolutely priceless!

Nickel is a 4-year-old Hound mix who came to us from another shelter after being found as a stray. While we may not know much about her past, we're excited to help her find the future she deserves, a home filled with love, comfort, and plenty of adventures.

This sweet girl is the perfect mix of explorer and snuggle bug. She loves following her nose to discover new sights and smells, but when the adventure is over, you'll likely find her curled up under a cozy blanket, soaking up all the cuddles she can get.

And if you're a hound lover, Nickel speaks your language! She's a vocal girl who isn't shy about sharing her opinions, announcing exciting discoveries, or simply chatting with her favorite people. Her personality is as big as her heart, and she brings joy wherever she goes.

Nickel is also part of our Paws Forward Program, which means her adopter will receive three free training sessions with Janette from Kind K9s. These sessions are a great way to help her settle into her new home and build an even stronger bond with her new family.

After her journey as a stray, Nickel is ready for something permanent. A soft blanket. A loving family. A place where she never has to wonder where she belongs again.
