Meet Duke, a 9-month-old Pitbull/Chihuahua mix who's still figuring out the world at his own pace. New people, new places, and new experiences can make him a little nervous at first, but underneath that cautious exterior is a sweet, sensitive pup just waiting for someone to believe in him.

As a member of our Paws Forward Program, Duke comes with three free training sessions with Janette from Kind K9s, giving his future family valuable support as he continues to build confidence and learn that life can be pretty wonderful. He's looking for a family willing to be patient, celebrate the small victories, and help him grow into the amazing dog he's meant to be.

If you have a soft spot for underdogs and understand that trust is one of the greatest gifts a dog can give, Duke may be the perfect match for you.
