Saturday, May 20, 2023 registration and warm up will begin at 12:00 pm with starting time at 1:00 pm.

Highland Springs Golf Course 9500 35th Street West, Rock Island, IL.

Lunch will be served throughout the day. Raffle Prizes & Awards Ceremony begins at the end of play.

COST: $300.00 per team, four player scramble, entry fee includes one round of golf, cart, lunch, one non-alcoholic drink coupon, swag bag, and participation in 3 contests: Longest Drive Contest, Longest Putt Contest Sponsored by Total Solutions, & Closest to the Hole Challenge.

*in case of a rainout - vouchers will issued for 18 holes + a cart.

To register a team in person: Print this Flyer and drop it off at either of our locations: Adoption & Education Center 724 2nd Avenue West in Milan or Spay/Neuter Wellness Clinic 612 1st Street West in Milan.
