Tucker

Tucker

About Me

Birthdate: 7 years old

Tucker is one of our many wonderful kitties at the Quad City Animal Welfare Center looking for a furever home!

Tucker is smart, sweet, and playful.

Tucker first came to us as a kitten in the spring of 2010. Unfortunately, somehow Tucker was found as a stray in Texas!

We could not reach his former owners so a wonderful lady transported Tucker all the way back to us in January.

Tucker was adopted and out of the shelter for two weeks in July, but returned due to a bad habit of eating inedible items.

Tucker's owner worked and was worried Tucker would get hurt during the work day, so they reluctantly made the decision to bring him back to us.

His life has been quite a wild ride and now at about 7 years old, we think he's ready for his happily ever ending.

At first, Tucker wasn't a fan of other kitties, and demanded a big personal bubble of space.

Now Tucker is doing much better in the cat room - while he still is not a fan of other kitties, he can co-exist well.

We have also taught Tucker some tricks - he will sit in his hula hoop if you tell him "hoop" and he will also walk through an upright one!

Want to meet him? Then please come and visit us!
