Shy is a fantastic dog! Shy will be a great canine companion for his future family. He needs a home without kitties but likes other dogs and previously lived with a small dog and kids.
Shy is a male black lab who was born in 2007, making this sweet boy a senior. Shy received some medical care to help get him into tip top shape for his future owners after arriving!
The basics he had done were a dental with an extraction, and being prescribed a pain medication he will need to be on for the rest of his life due to degenerative joint disease (in other words, to help with aches and pains that can come with aging).
Shy had tumors when he arrived here, so we removed them. His new owner will need to watch his tummy to see if any new ones grow (they would show up again as small to thumb-sized bumps in the skin if there is re-growth).
His adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous supporter.
